At OMNI, we’re here to empower independent drivers by providing professional tools — not by managing trips, taking commissions, or operating vehicles.


OMNI does not provide insurance coverage for drivers, vehicles, or passengers.

By using the OMNI driver app, drivers acknowledge that they are operating independently and are responsible for maintaining their own personal or commercial auto insurance coverage, as required by law.


We strongly recommend that you check with your insurance provider to ensure your policy covers professional driving activities.

If additional protection is needed, many insurers offer affordable options for independent drivers.


Please remember:

• OMNI is a technology platform only.

• OMNI does not sell, endorse, or guarantee insurance products.

• OMNI does not manage trips, riders, vehicles, or service disputes.

• OMNI simply provides you with the tools to grow your independent driving business.

• 15% Direct Driver Benefit for EVs, Black, and Black XL categories
• Paid directly to you, along with your fare earnings
• No tipping required — this extra bonus helps ensure you get rewarded fairly even when riders don't tip

This benefit is our way of backing drivers and supporting your journey as an independent professional.
Because with OMNI, you keep 100% of the fare (minus standard Stripe fees) — and now, you also get a little more with every ride.

There are some costs involved in becoming an OMNI driver:

Background Check Fee: $27.50* (covers the cost of your Background & MVR checks).

All Drivers will earn 100% of fare (minus Stripe fees) with instant payouts.
*The online background authorization and biometrics process is being handled by a partner on behalf of OMNI. — You will get an email and SMS you to begin your background check.—Just a reminder that background check fees are non-refundable.

Start your background check in Yardstik’s secure, easy-to-use candidate portal. Watch your inbox for an email from Yarsdtik.

2 Enter basic information
You’ll provide your name, birthday, and other basic information, which we’ll use to run your background check.

3 Get your report
Once it’s complete, we’ll send your report to WGT LLC/OMNI, and guide you through any next steps.
